Consignment
All shoes are being sold on consignment meaning we source shoes from private sellers and sell for them on www.etcstore.co.uk. Buy with confidence as all products for sale are in our possession hence all verification, photography and product descriptions have been provided by us, allowing our knowledgeable staff to guarantee the authenticity and condition of all shoes.
ALL SHOES ARE 100% AUTHENTIC- We do not sell, accept or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants.
PRICES
Prices are discussed directly with individual sellers and set in agreement between the seller and etcstore.co.uk. Price movements may occasionally occur at the request of the seller and are therefore subject to change at any time without notice.
Prices may vary depending on a number of factors, including how quickly the seller wishes to sell, hence you may find the same shoe, in the same size, for sale at different prices on the site.
Etcstore.co.uk is not an auction site or a forum. We will not negotiate on prices or the terms and conditions of sale.
SIZES
Please note that all sizes given are based on the UK size chart. Please be aware a number of brands use different sizing charts to convert sizes between UK, US, European and Japanese sizes. If you are unsure regarding sizes please contact us or refer to photos of the actual boxes for confirmation.
DEAD STOCK CONDITION
The condition of each pair of trainers will be given in great detail through both photographs and descriptions. All products will be clearly marked to make it easy to see whether the item for sale is brand new or used.
Please be aware that etcstore.co.uk will sell both brand new and used products. All shoes will be accompanied with detailed photographs and descriptions hence any imperfections will be made very clear.
The age of some shoes for sale may be anywhere from 1 to 30 years old. The older the shoe the quicker they may deteriorate when in use, hence although we are able to accurately guarantee the current condition of the shoes we sell, we are unable to guarantee how quickly the shoe will deteriorate when worn.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange
Before returning an item, please email returns@etcstore.co.uk in order to gain a returns authorisation number. We will reply to you with a returns form to print and send back with your item.
We advise keeping products in original packaging with any extras (laces, arch supports, tissue paper) kept safe. At the point of sale, full details were provided on the condition of the trainers and associated packaging and upon return checks will be made to ensure these have been maintained.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using UPS
All shipping rates are calculated and time of purchase and will be displayed during the checkout process. Rates are calculated based on what you have ordered and your shipping address.
Delivery times are dependent on the level of service you select at the checkout. These times are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes incurred by international orders. Please check with your local custom office for local rules and regulations.
We don´t deduct VAT for international orders.

All transactions on etcstore.co.uk and taken using Paypal. All transactions are completed on a secure server
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of etcstore.co.uk to ensure all goods are available as displayed.
In the unlikely event that there is an error in the availability or price of an item, etcstore reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. We will notify you immediately if there is any problem with your order.
CONTRACT
On placing an order with etcstore.co.uk we will send you an email acknowledgement confirming we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. At the point of dispatch we will send an invoice as confirmation of your order and as confirmation of the contract between us.
In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or there has been a pricing mistake you will be notified immediately. In this situation you will not receive an invoice and there will be no contract between us.
