The Air Jordon 16 (XVI) was released in 2001 in the OG Black / Varsity Red colourway. Features include an all black leather upper with a patent leather toe, as well as red accents, and a clear outsole. This OG model features a full grain black leather shroud which hides the lacing system, and was seen to give the shoe a more casual look, allowing two looks with"one for the court and one for the street". 

This model has only been released twice- this OG model from 2001 and then a 2008 retro as part of the "Countdown Pack", however this OG version can be seen as unique as it was referred to as a "3/4 Hi" basketball shoe, something not carried through with the retro.

This pair comes with OG box (including Footlocker price tag- £119.99 in 2001!)  but is in USED condition so please double check all photos.

FLAWS: General condition is excellent with no real major flaws other than general creasing of leather and wear to the sole. The major flaws comes with the leather shroud for the left foot as the rubber strap that fits under the shoe has snapped so the shroud no longer fits snug on the shoe. Such a shame as other than that these Jordons are amazing.
